IT Sports has In-house Knitting Unit, Fabric Dyeing and Processing Unit, Apparel Manufacturing and Laundry facilities. The Company has highly qualified and experienced Manager leads each Unit. All Managers in turn report to the CEO. The objective to operate in this manner is that there is a close co-ordination and link between all the Units. Every unit operates in the most efficient manner in-order to achieve timely delivery and quality products.
Knitting Unit
The knitting Unit IT Sports has latest knitting machines. These machines are capable of making Jersey, Pique, Fleece, Interlock and Rib. Overall we have 12500 KG per day capacity of production. 100% production is inspected and only ‘A’ grade fabric is transferred to the subsequent operations. We have machines listed below:

Dyeing Unit
The Dyeing and Processing Unit of IT Sports has latest machines with capacity 17000 KG per day. It is capable of dyeing both 100% cotton and blended fabric. The machine size selection gives the flexibility in dyeing a lot size ranging from 100 kgs to 2,000 kgs. 100% dyeing production is inspected and only ‘A’ grade fabric is transferred to the cutting department. Apparel Unit
IT Sports has own cutting unit with capacity of 20000 pcs per day and Printing unit is also In House.
With over 1,000 stitching machines, manned with the most skilled and expert operators. The Quality control and Quality Assurance departments are in place to make sure the company’s objective of zero defect.
